Our company succeeded to each ISO9001 of former JAPAN MARINE SCIENCE INC., former Yusen Navtec Co., Ltd. and former Yusen Engineering Co., Ltd. Through ISO9001, we aim to maintain social credibility, improve company's competitiveness, and develop company by providing customer's satisfaction and continuously implementing improvement activities. In addition, in April 2022, we succeed ISO14001 of the oscillation testing business from MTI Co., Ltd.
The Manager, the representative director decides on our quality policy as follows and we develop comprehensive quality assurance activities for our customers.
Quality Policy
As a professional group of services to the Maritime Education Division, Underwater Construction Division, and Shipbuilding Supervising Division, we are constantly improving “service to customers” and “internal mechanism of our company” to realize the following 1 to 6.
1. Always see from user's perspective and aim to improve our service.
2. Try to be improving our service in each department with using PDCA cycle.
3. Be thorough safety management and aim for “zero-accident”.
4. Aim to improve service quality under collaborative system with cooperative company
5. Quality improvement of each department should give their full attention of environmental impact.
