RADAR/TT Simulator
We produce training simulators for for Radar/TT(Target Tracking), which are essential for navigation. By incorporating actual marine radar equipment into the system, we can reproduce operability and radar echos equivalent to real navigation. Using actual RADAR/TT enables more practical navigation training.
Product Overview
The RADAR/TT simulator is based on technology developed over many years through our ship handling simulators. It supports training as specified in the 2010 amended STCW Convention ( International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, Manila Revision) and in accordance with IMO resolutions.
Radar echos during training can display coastlines, navigational marks, radar beacons, and SART. The system can also reproduce radar interference, signal reception noise level, multiple blind sectors, and Radar false targets (side lobes, radar interference, multipath reflections).
More than 190 target ships can be placed around the trainee’s own ship. A standard traffic editing program allows for pre-setting the routes and speeds of these ships.
By adding a large monitor for CG images, the system can be upgraded to a ship handling simulator for various training scenarios.

System Features
- Up to four own ships can be simulated simultaneously
- Supports coordinated training with multiple vessels in the same area
- Instructor station enables one-person operation, controlling the entire simulator and monitoring trainees
- Easy operation allows scenario creation without specialized knowledge
- Uses the same interface as the ship handling simulator
- High data compatibility with the ship handling simulator
- Compact console consolidates all necessary navigation instruments
- Flexible equipment configuration: large CG displays, ECDIS, etc. can be added
- Supports simulation of various failures: Radar, rudder, engine, etc.
