We coordinate the dispatch of shipbuilding technology experts who can work overseas, such as in developing countries. We also support the dispatch of long-term and short-term shipbuilding policy advisors through government ODA technical cooperation schemes.

Delivering Japan’s Advanced Shipbuilding Technology to Developing Countries
Japan’s advanced shipbuilding technology is highly sought after by developing countries aiming to promote shipbuilding or those lacking technical expertise.
Japan Marine Science uses its shipbuilding network to find and dispatch experts who can work in these developing countries.
Government ODA Technical Cooperation Scheme
Upon official request from developing countries, we also dispatch long-term and short-term experts for shipbuilding policy guidance under government ODA technical cooperation schemes.
Japan Marine Science has experience dispatching long-term shipbuilding policy advisors to the Indonesian Ministry of Industry and short-term experts for domestic shipping modernization schemes, contributing to the advancement of shipbuilding technology overseas.
Selection and Dispatch of Experts
We support securing personnel for technical assistance in maritime and shipbuilding projects. Using our extensive domestic and international network built through years of maritime consulting, we select and dispatch experts in maritime, shipbuilding, and related fields. We handle not only government ODA projects but also individual requests.
