Dispatch of Cargo Handling Superintendent

Under contracts with shipowners and ship management companies, we dispatch personnel with extensive cargo handling expertise for specific vessel types―such as crude oil tankers, LNG carriers, and bulk carriers―to cargo operation sites of ocean-going vessels.
As cargo operation superintendents, our personnel bridge terminal staff and ship crew, coordinating operations to ensure cargo handling is safe and smooth. For ships with foreign crew, we dispatch personnel proficient in English, ensuring smooth communication with both the crew and Japanese terminal staff. Should any unexpected problems arise during cargo operations, we will liaise with clients to ensure swift resolution.。

Dispatch of Berth Master (Short-term/Long-term)

Upon request from domestic oil and bulk terminals, we dispatch experienced personnel as berth masters for cargo operations..
A berth master ensures that cargo operations for berthed ships are carried out safely and efficiently by communicating with the crew and coordinating all activities. We dispatch experienced former seafarers with deep knowledge of each ship’s characteristics, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-coordinated cargo operations.
We offer flexible deployment options, from short-term assignments aligned with ship calls to year-round coverage, including dedicated long-term stationing at terminals.

Dispatch of Sea Trial Personnel and Technical Experts for Newly Built Ships

For sea trials of newly built ships, we dispatch chief engineers, officers, engineers, helmsmen, and other personnel. All dispatched staff are experienced seafarers with experience on ocean-going vessels. They support various inspections, checks, and adjustments under the direction of the shipyard dock master.
We also dispatch other technical experts required for sea trials. We collaborate with technical staffing agencies to meet a wide range of customer needs.
