7. Purpose of Use of Acquired Personal Information

Additionally, we may provide acquired personal information to third parties outside our company. 8. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- 1) When prior consent has been obtained from the individual
- 2) When required by law
- 3) When necessary for improving public health or protecting property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
- 4) When cooperation is necessary for a national agency, local government, or their entrusted party to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent may hinder the performance of such duties
Furthermore, when providing personal information to third parties located overseas, we will obtain the individual's consent in advance, except in cases permitted by law as exceptions.

Please note, however, that we cannot provide information regarding the personal information of individuals other than the person making the inquiry.
※ Definition of Information
Personal information refers to information as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003). For example, information that identifies or can identify a specific individual by combining one or more of the following elements constitutes personal information.
Personal name, date of birth, age, gender, address, telephone number, family composition, hobbies, preferences, email address, place of employment, affiliation, workplace address, workplace telephone number, credit card number, bank account number, and various numbers or character strings assigned to the individual; information regarding purchased goods, products, or services; website access information; information regarding complaints, consultations, or inquiries.
“Data subject” shall mean the individual who can be identified based on the personal information specified above.
