History
Japan Marine Science Inc. was established in September 1985 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line). From the outset, its mission has been to preserve the marine environment while maximizing the economic and social value of the ocean.
Since then, Japan Marine Science has continued to evolve, developing the world’s first large-scale simulator with 4K resolution in 2015 and taking over the oscillation table business from MTI Co., Ltd. in April 2022. Through these milestones, the company has grown into a comprehensive provider of innovative marine solutions.
